This Privacy Policy applies to Mouse Simulator (the "Application") for Android and iOS, provided by Avelog (the "Service Provider"). Avelog refers to the individual entrepreneurs Sergei Logvinov and Avessalom Kytirev.
Information Collection and Use
The Application uses third-party services for advertising, in-app purchases, cloud saving, and remote configuration. The description of third-party data collection below is based on the providers' published documentation. Depending on the service, platform, and privacy settings, data processed may include:
- Device information and identifiers, including advertising, installation, and service-generated player identifiers, and IP addresses: to provide services, display and measure advertising, perform analytics, and prevent fraud.
- Approximate location: for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
- App and advertising activity, including usage times, ad views, and taps: for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Diagnostics and performance information: to support app functionality, service reliability, analytics, and security.
- Purchase information: to process purchases, restore purchased content, and, where collected by advertising providers, support advertising and analytics.
- Game progress and platform account identifiers: to save and synchronize progress through Google Play Games on Android or Apple iCloud on iOS.
Unity Remote Config and its authentication service process IP addresses and installation or service-generated player identifiers to deliver app settings. This does not require you to register a separate Avelog account.
Third-Party Services
Data may be transmitted to and processed by the following providers for the purposes described above. Each provider has its own privacy policy:
- Unity, including LevelPlay/ironSource, Unity Ads, Remote Config, and Unity Authentication.
- Mintegral, for advertising.
- Google, for Google Play services, Google Play Games, and Android purchases.
- Apple, for iCloud and iOS purchases.
The services available may differ between Android and iOS.
Your Choices
You can stop further data collection through the Application by uninstalling it using your device's standard uninstall process.
Where available, you can manage advertising privacy choices through your device settings and the advertising provider's privacy controls. In advertisements served by Unity Ads, the Data Privacy icon may provide options to manage personalization, opt out of certain data collection, and request deletion of previously collected data. These controls apply to Unity Ads; other advertising providers have their own controls. See the providers' privacy policies for details.
Save Data, Retention, and Deletion
Save data is stored on your device and may be synchronized through Google Play Games on Android or Apple iCloud on iOS. Cloud saves are associated with your existing platform account. Uninstalling the Application does not necessarily delete cloud saves or data previously collected by third-party services.
Retention and deletion of data held by third-party services depend on their policies and available controls. For privacy questions or requests to exercise applicable data rights, contact aveloggames@gmail.com. Requests concerning data independently controlled by a third-party provider may need to be submitted to that provider.
Save File Export
If you choose to export your save files, the Application creates an archive of local save and recovery files and opens your device's share menu. You choose the app or recipient to share it with. The archive is not automatically sent to Avelog.
Children
The Application is not primarily directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's information, contact aveloggames@gmail.com so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party services apply their own security measures.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
